The hotel had exceptionally nice location adjacent to many great restaurants and Riccarton racecourse where the event was being held and eateries and shopping centre. Furthermore, close to the airport.

It was modern and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with knowledgeable staff and excellent location to food outlets. Location: the property was adjacent to local supermarket, and many great restaurants and cafes and shops. A few times I ate at Yummy Chinese Cuisine, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Rooms with small balconies: I loved that my room had a small balcony, it added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. Attentive staff: The staff members at this hotel were efficient and helpful, especially the man on reception. They made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. Convenient location: This hotel is located near some very good shops, including a couple of supermarkets. It was so convenient to have a Countdown supermarket nearby for any last-minute purchases. Good value for money: The room I stayed in was well-appointed and modern, with all the amenities I needed. Considering the prices, I felt like I got good value for my money.

Towel hangers: The bathroom could have benefited from a couple of hangers for towels. Other than that, everything was okay.

Favourable location, we were not far from the City center and airport. Our room was neat, stocked and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I had a memorable stay at this hotel during my recent visit. The room was spacious with elegant furnishings and exclusive amenities such as a private balcony overlooking the city. The impeccable service by the staff made me feel pampered, right from the warm welcome to the attentive housekeeping. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, served in a cozy dining area with scenic mountain views.

The only minor issue was that the location was a bit far from central attractions. However, this was compensated by the complimentary shuttle service to the city center.
